McClellan Outraises Congressional Opponent

State Sen. Jennifer McClellan (D-Richmond) has out-raised her Republican opponent Leon Benjamin by more than 7:1, according to campaign finance reports through Feb. 1. Ahead of next Tuesday's special election in the 4th congressional district, McClellan had raised more than $870,000; Benjamin reported just over $113,000.
