Legislators Report Free Meals
State legislators disclosed accepting $9,331 worth of free meals during the 2022 General Assembly session. Most of the freebies came at a single event, the annual Virginia Agribusiness dinner on January 13. Some 86 of 140 legislators reported accepting no meals valued more than $50.
